All orders are shipped from the UK Royal mail, and we ship worldwide.
UK orders are sent 1st class standard and international orders are sent standard international, unless requested otherwise.
Shipping times will vary depending on your country.
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, as a small business this can is normally within 2-5 working days. Once dispatched you should receive an email letting you know your order is on it’s way to you.
For UK orders they usually arrive within 2-3 working days.
For international orders they can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to arrive. Please allow for slight delays due to customs, but if you have any queries don’t hesitate to get in touch.
If orders are returned to us due to parcels being uncollected at local sorting / postal offices, we may require an additional shipping fee to resend your order to you. Please ensure if you miss the delivery you collect the parcel from your local sorting office.
Customs
All orders sent to international countries will include a customs label on the outside of the packaging.
Unfortunately due to recent changes in regulations, shipping to the EU / Europe may incur additional VAT charges upon arrival, it is the buyers responsibility to pay these fees, Bogglebuddies is not liable for any additional charges due to customs. The cost of this will vary depending on the price of the items purchased and the VAT of the destination country. Cancellation and returns
Unfortunately we are unable to accept cancellations / returns if you change your mind about your order. If you are unhappy with your order, or an item has arrived damaged please get in contact with us at [email protected]
We are not liable for any damage caused to products after use with animals, and we advise all products are used with supervision and caution, if any products become damaged, care should be taken to ensure this is not at the risk of the animals the product is being used with. Although all the products are trialled and used confidently with our own animals before sale, please use any pet products with your pets at your own discretion.
